Flipping comes naturally in our 5,000 sq foot tumbling and trampoline room, so why not sign up for a class!? Tumbling is both fun and exciting and can be seen anywhere from competitive cheerleading to freestyle skiing and extreme sports. Our classes focus on developing well rounded and efficient tumbling skills that are safe, versatile, and perfected on all types of surfaces. Depending on experience level, students will be separated into our Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced classes. Athletes predominantly interested in only achieving their back-handspring should check out our Back Handspring Accelerant program.
Beginner students will be safely introduced to proper technique as they develop the strength and flexibility needed for safe tumbling and basic back-handsprings.
Intermediate will build from their current back-handspring knowledge as they work towards rounding-off back-hand-springs with consistency and implementing additional skills.
Advanced students, with fluency in back-handsprings, will be working towards connecting several skills in series, i.e. back tucks, layouts, full twists, and more complex skills.
Back Handspring Accelerant (BHSx) – Those seeking a fast-track to safely gain their back-handsprings can do so in our back-handspring accelerant class. As a prerequisite, athletes must have taken or currently be taking a beginner (safe tumbling) class. New to tumbling, no sweat, sign up for both and receive a Discount on your Combo Class!!
